Located on the corner of Lambton Quay and Ballance Street this 12 level office building has a number of unique features.

It is the most convenient of any CBD building for barristers, being adjacent to the lower courts and opposite the High Courts and new Supreme Court. A large number of barristers occupy the building and as non-legal tenancies expire, preference will be given to legal practitioners with the objective of achieving a solely legal building.
