Brandon House stands on a north facing corner in the heart of the CBD. Purchased in early 2016, it was the company’s 16th central Wellington CBD office tower.
RJH has recently undertaken an extensive refurbishment, stripping back to its core structure. The new refurbishment included two new floors of wooden construction, new glass facade and new lift, fire and air conditioning upgrades. Designed by Sir Robert Jones, the building was awarded the NZ Institute of Architects top new commercial building award in 2022.
