A number of additional services are provided to all lessees which are unique to RJH.
Gymnasium
In Wellington and Sydney, well equipped central city gymnasiums with full-time personal trainers, located in two of the company’s centrally located buildings are available to all lessees and their staff. This equates to up to $9,000 p.a. of value, delivered free to each utiliser of this service. RJH has some small suite, 3-6 personnel lessees who effectively recover their entire rental cost from utilisation of this service.
Building Maintenance
All buildings are fully inspected each week by RJH’s facilities managers. If problems are found they are immediately attended to. Moreover RJH staff are in regular contact with all lessees to keep issues to a minimum.
