A number of additional services are provided to all lessees which are unique to RJH. Gymnasium In Wellington and Sydney, well equipped central city gymnasiums with full-time personal trainers, located in two of the company’s centrally located buildings are available to all lessees and their staff. This equates to up to $9,000p.a. of value, delivered free to each utiliser of this service.
RJH has some small suite, 3-6 personnel lessees who effectively recover their entire rental cost from utilisation of this service. RentalsThese are competitive and market-based with standard lease conditions. RJH adopts the approach that the cost of its additional services is covered by its high occupancy rate through lessee satisfaction.
Building MaintenanceAll buildings are fully inspected each week from top to bottom by the company’s Facilities Managers and additionally, each lessee is personally contacted monthly to ensure there are no problems. If there are, then they are immediately attended to.
