RJH is renowned in the office rental market-place for its approach to lessee relationships. Recognising that in a competitive environment, office building ownership is no longer a detached, passive investment activity but now a service business, RJH has established a reputation for its high quality lessee service, far beyond that of its competitors. RJH does not adopt the standard building-owner strategy of continually endeavouring to shave costs. Instead, it refurbishes and maintains its buildings to as high a standard as possible. Problems are addressed instantly without the customary owner procrastination. Lessee satisfaction and therefore retention, is the over-riding objective.
